Community Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, is hiring a Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse for a full-time (0.8-1.0 FTE) day shift in Missoula, MT. You will work alongside a collaborative team to deliver comprehensive nursing care and participate in required weekend and holiday rotations per the union contract.

We seek candidates with Montana RN or Compact MT endorsement, ADN (BSN preferred), and BLS with ACLS/HIHSS planned within months of hire.

Schedule: Days (7a-7p), Every 3 rd weekend rotation and holiday rotation per union contract

How you'll contribute

A Med/Surg RN who excels in this role:

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to patients with diverse medical and post-surgical needs.

Eligible Differentials:

• $5/hour night shift, $3.50/hour weekend, Charge RN and certification pay if eligible.

What we're looking for

Applicants should have a current Montana RN license or Compact RN License with Montana endorsement, and possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

Education:

Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred

Certifications:

• BLS required upon hire; ACLS and HIHSS required within 3 months of hire; Med/Surg RN certification preferred

Experience:

• Minimum of 1-year acute care nursing; 2-3 years of acute care nursing preferred
