This position is full-time, night shift, and intended for nurses with more than 12 months of experience. The role involves providing and coordinating independent care to patients within a clinical specialty, participating in professional development, ensuring quality and safety standards, and contributing to team and organizational goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing expert care for unit-specific patient populations and serving as a clinical resource.
• Applying evidence-based practices and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintaining competencies and participating in ongoing professional development and education activities.
• Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Promoting patient safety by identifying risks and participating in safety initiatives.
• Assuming operational roles such as charge nurse when needed and engaging in team-building and governance activities.

Qualifications:

• Maryland RN licensure or eligibility through Compact agreements.

Compensation:

• Pay range: $37/hr - $51.81/hr.
• Sign-on bonus: $15,000, with pay differentials.
