Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for Medical-Surgical and Telemetry on a 13-week contract in Sonora, CA. Day shift, typically 12-hour shifts, 36-40 hours weekly, in-office.

The RN will monitor cardiac rhythms, assess patients, administer medications, and collaborate with care teams to ensure quality outcomes. Requires active RN license and BLS; ACLS preferred. Travel/contract nursing experience a plus; housing/travel stipend may apply.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (state-specific or compact)
• 1–2 years of Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing experience
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• ACLS certification preferred (may be required by facility)
• Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to Medical-Surgical and Telemetry patients
• Monitor, interpret, and respond to cardiac rhythms and telemetry data
• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical / Telemetry

13-Week Contract Assignment | Day Shift

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing for a 13-week day shift assignment. The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to adult patients with acute and chronic conditions requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and medical-surgical interventions.

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Day Shift (typically 12-hour shifts)

Schedule: 36-40 hours per week (may include weekends/holidays as required)

Start Date: TBD

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to Medical-Surgical and Telemetry patients
