Job summary

FirstChoice – Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for part-time assignments across hospital locations, including St Mary Medical Center Langhorne, PA. RNs will float, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while maintaining license and credentials.

Pay range $52.00–$60.00 hourly; exposure to multiple settings with premium pay and flexible scheduling. Start ASAP; 3x12 night shifts; PRN weeks; travel/per diem opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in the applicable state(s).
• 18+ months of recent clinical experience for Med/Surg, Tele and PCU.
• 2+ years of recent clinical experience for Critical Care, Surgical, Maternal, ED, Behavioral Health.
• Credentials per specialty (ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be through AHA.

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions as needed.
• Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Act independently within license and scope of knowledge.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum of eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Required to have and maintain the credentials required per their specialty area (ex: ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association

Pay Range:

Pay Range: $52.00 - $60.00 (based on assignment option and shift). Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
