Zohorecruit is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for Med/Surg in Las Vegas, United States, to join a hospital-based team on a PRN basis. The role supports both day and night shifts, with patient-centered care and a focus on safety in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates hold an accredited nursing degree, have 6+ months Med/Surg RN experience, and maintain BLS certification. PRN hours offer limited benefits per policy while ensuring meaningful patient care contributions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN is preferred.
• 6+ months of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Med Surg environment is preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on scientific nursing principles.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Prepare patients for, and assist with, examinations and treatments.

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:

• Providedirect and individualized nursing care to patients based on theapplication of scientific nursing principles
  
• Monitor,record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions

• Administermedications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or sideeffects

What We Are Looking For
