Atrium Health Pineville is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our 4 Pine Med/Surg unit serving post-operative orthopedic and neurosurgical patients.
You will deliver and coordinate care through the nursing process, uphold standards, and use evidence-based practice to ensure safety, quality, and patient satisfaction across the continuum.

Patient Population (32 beds)
4 Pine is a Med/Surg unit with a focused population of post-operative orthopedic (hip & knee repairs/replacement) andneurosurgical (spinal fusions).
We encourage growth and learning of all team members through national certification, clinical advancement, hands on learning,and supporting educational pursuits. We have a highly engaged,supportive team with an active Unit Practice Council.
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
