Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Clinical Resource Unit (CRU). This full-time night-shift role provides care across inpatient units, supporting hospital operations and patient flow in a high-acuity environment.

Three 12-hour shifts per week (1900-0730) with rotating weekends and holidays. Requires completion of an accredited nursing program, IL RN license, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• State RN license in IL.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Previous CNA or RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Use evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion and communication to support safe patient environment and experience across the continuum.
• Lead efforts to ensure the highest quality care and smooth patient flow in a high-acuity setting.

Registered Nurse (RN) –Clinical Resource Unit Advocate Condell Medical Center, Libertyville, IL Full Time Nights Where You Will Work: Join the Clinical Resource Unit (CRU) at Magnet designated Condell Medical Center. The CRU is a highly adaptable team of registered nurses and support staff who provide care across multiple inpatient units to meet fluctuating patient volumes and acuity. These clinicians are part of a versatile, skilled workforce that plays a pivotal role in supporting hospital operations and delivering safe, effective care in a high-acuity, ever-changing clinical environment. We’re Looking For: Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association Previous CNA or RN experience preferred.

What You’ll Do: As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
