The role is full-time, 36 hours per week, with a 0700-1930 schedule and rotating holidays/weekends. Base pay ranges from $38.20 to $57.30 per hour and benefits are eligible.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• RN license in the practicing state
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (American Heart Association)
• Chemotherapy Administration Certification within 1 year
• 1 year nursing experience required

Registered Nurse (RN) – Oncology-General Surgical Advocate Condell Medical Center, Libertyville, IL Full Time Days Experienced Nurse Only

Where You Will Work: Join our 36-bed Oncology/ General Surgical Unit at Advocate Condell Medical Center, where you will find a supportive, collaborative and engaged team dedicated to patient safety and providing compassionate care to our patients.

Our team consists of New Graduate RNs through 30+ years of experience and Nursing Assistants with varying experience.

We’re Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• All RNs are required to obtain Chemotherapy Administration Certification within 1 year.
• 1 year nursing experience required

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
