Summary:

• Competitive pay: Earn weekly!
• Base: $45/hour
• Trach Differential: $2.00/hour
• Vent Differential: $3.00/hour
• Weekend Differential (Fri 7pm - Mon 7am): $3.00/hour
• Night Differential (7pm-7am): $2.00/hour
• Holiday Differential: $3.00/hour

Additional benefits include flexible scheduling, comprehensive insurance, free training, supportive team, and minimal commute.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, and central lines.
• Monitor patient progress, identify changes, and take appropriate action.
• Educate and train patients and families on care procedures.
• Maintain communication with staff, patients, and families.
• Follow policies and deliver exceptional care.
• Assist with equipment cleaning and ensure patient needs are met.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in Georgia or Nurse Licensure Compact (NCL).
• Active CPR certification (online certifications not accepted).
• Two or more years of experience preferred; new grads considered with preceptorship.
• Valid PPD skin test.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, sit, reach, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform dexterous tasks for long hours.
