Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking a Registered Nurse Med Surg Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Med Surg department, ensuring safe patient care, staff management, and fiscal oversight in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

You will collaborate with leadership to maintain a safe environment for patients, families, and staff; supervise clinical activities; evaluate staff performance; and ensure compliance with professional standards. A sign-on bonus is offered based on eligibility.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's degree in Nursing.
• 2-3 years of acute care or similar experience with leadership skills preferred.
• Valid Multi-State RN License; if from a non-Compact state, must obtain within 30 days.
• American Heart Association BLS CPR certification within 7 days of hire.
• CPI certification and other unit-specific certifications required within orientation.
