Preferred qualifications include a BSN and acute care experience. Must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills, teamwork, customer service, and basic computer skills.

Key Duties:

Monitor patient progress, guide patients and families towards achieving health goals, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and adapt care plans based on ongoing assessments. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.
