Job summary

West Boca Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift to deliver high-quality, safe patient care and coordination across care teams. The RN will document care in the electronic health record and adhere to Florida Nurse Practice Act standards.

The role requires a valid Florida RN license with BLS and ACLS certification; BSN is preferred, and new graduates are eligible for hire. This hospital is part of the Tenet network and emphasizes professional growth and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum: New grad eligible for hire

Job Shift: Nights
Job Type: Full Time
Up to $15,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months

The RN provides high quality, safe, cost effective, total nursing care to all patients utilizing the nursing process. The RN assumes responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on need of the patient and family members. The RN directs care according to established standards of safety, risk management, Infection control, with the goal being to discharge the patient with an optimum level of care provided. The RN utilizes evidence-based practice in accordance with professional standards and adheres to the Florida State Nurse Practice Act. The RN reviews orders/test results and documents care delivered accurately and timely in the electronic health record.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• EDUCATION:
  • Minimum: Graduate of an RN program

• EXPERIENCE:
