Salary Range: $36.50 - $50.00/hour (Final offer based on your skills, experience, and professional background.)

Requirements

• Active RN License in good standing
• RAC-CT Certification
• MDS Expertise: Proficient in completing and overseeing Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead interdisciplinary teams, facilitate meetings, and mentor staff in MDS processes
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical abilities to assess data trends and implement effective performance improvement initiatives
• Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, residents, and regulatory bodies
• Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with Virginia state regulations related to nursing home quality assurance programs
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans
