Bristol Health is seeking an experienced maternity Registered Nurse for the LDRP care model at Bristol Hospital Main Campus in Bristol, CT. This part-time role covers the 3rd shift and requires a 2-year nursing degree, CT RN license, and CPR/BLS certification.

You will deliver patient-centered care across Labor, Delivery, Recovery and Postpartum in a Magnet-affiliated facility. Join a team with 24/7 anesthesia coverage and a Pediatric Hospitalist on site, focused on compassionate, quality care.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a Maternity / Labor & Delivery setting (preferred).
• NRP preferred; must obtain within 6 months of hire.
• American Heart Association CPR/BLS certification required at recertification.
• Active CT Registered Nurse license.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.

Bristol Hospital RNs in the Families are First (FAF) Birthing Center will care for their patients during the full spectrum of Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum Care. We also have 24/7 anesthesia coverage and a Pediatric Hospitalist on site. Nurses who provide patient-centered care at Bristol Hospital and affiliates are the coordinators of care and provide continuity of care across the continuum. • Must have a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing and willing to obtain BSN. BSN is preferred.
