St Simons By-the-Sea is seeking an experienced RN Manager to lead the inpatient unit and oversee the delivery of psychiatric and substance use disorder care. You will drive nursing practice implementation, evaluate outcomes, and promote a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Lead and shape the daily operations of a dynamic inpatient unit, overseeing the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals with psychiatric and substance use disorders. In this role, you’ll drive the implementation and continuous evaluation of nursing practices across all hospital units—ensuring exceptional outcomes, fostering a collaborative team environment, and making a meaningful impact on patient recovery every day.

The schedule for this role is either Monday - Thursday, 12p - 9p, OR Friday - Sunday, 9a - 9p
