You will drive nursing practice across units, foster teamwork, and support recovery-focused outcomes in a serene coastal setting on St Simons Island, GA, with a schedule options Mon-Thu or Fri-Sun.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice nursing in Georgia.
• Three years of supervisory experience.
• Three years’ experience in mental health.
• CPI certification.
• CPR or BLS certification.

Registered Nurse (RN) Manager Opportunity

Lead and shape the daily operations of a dynamic inpatient unit, overseeing the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals with psychiatric and substance use disorders. In this role, you’ll drive the implementation and continuous evaluation of nursing practices across all hospital units—ensuring exceptional outcomes, fostering a collaborative team environment, and making a meaningful impact on patient recovery every day.

The schedule for this role is either Monday – Thursday, 12p – 9p, OR Friday – Sunday, 9a – 9p
