Job Summary

Reporting to nursing leadership, the manager oversees a major function or multiple units, with responsibilities including performance improvement, staffing, fiscal management, and compliance. The role may involve managing multiple units or a significant support function within the nursing department.

Responsibilities include developing policies, overseeing procedures, managing budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The manager will also conduct performance appraisals, develop goals, and collaborate with healthcare teams to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's preferred. If Master's, either degree must be in Nursing.
• Licensed RN in Michigan.
• Minimum of three years of progressive nursing experience.
