Job summary

Nspire is seeking qualified Licensed RNs and LPNs to join our team on a full-time basis with 3-11 and 11-7 shifts in Marianna, FL. You will have shift options, schedule flexibility, a competitive base salary, and a sign-on bonus of $4000.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license (or LPN) in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in line with applicable laws and facility policies.
• Coordinate resident care with other facility personnel.
• Oversee Certified Nursing Assistants during shift and assign/distribute tasks.

Major Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Follows established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants during shift including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
