Job summary

Hendricks Community Hospital Association in Hendricks, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team in Long Term Care. Our nurses provide high-quality resident care, assess needs, and collaborate with medical staff to follow care plans.

Starting wage is $36.00 per hour, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Night shift runs 10pm–6:30am, with weekend and holiday rotation. We offer comprehensive benefits and student loan reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and MN RN license.
• Experience in geriatric nursing preferred.
• Assess, plan, implement resident care; contribute to care plans.
• Administer medications per policies; coordinate with medical staff.
• Strong leadership, initiative and independent judgement; emergency readiness.
• Maintain confidentiality and adapt to changing situations.

Position Highlights

Hendricks Community Hospital is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate and dedicated team in Long Term Care!

Our nurses are responsible for providing the highest quality care for our residents. Hendricks Community Hospital is an independent healthcare facility located in Hendricks, MN.

Starting wage: $36.00 an hour dependent on experience

$5,000 Sign on bonus

Night shift: 10pm to 6:30am

Weekend Rotation And Holiday Rotation Required

Weekend and shift differentials offered.

Student Loan reimbursement of $200 a month available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota.
• Previous experience in geriatric nursing preferred.
• Responsible for assessing, planning and implementing resident needs ensuring quality resident care.
• Provides input and updates on resident care plan ensuring car plan is followed.
• Obtains, administers and monitors effectiveness of medications in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Communicates with medical staff to ensure prompt quality care and carries out physician orders as directed.
• Strong leadership, initiative, and independent judgement skills required.
• Flexibility to handle changing situations and emergency needs.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Computer experience and proficiency required to maintain EMR.
• Job involves moderate to heavy physical work. Frequent standing, bending, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting weights in excess of 25 pounds.
