Job summary

Hendricks Community Hospital Association is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Long Term Care. The RN will assess and plan resident care, update care plans, administer medications, and coordinate with medical staff to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualified nurses must be licensed in Minnesota and have strong leadership, confidentiality, and EMR skills. Geriatric experience is preferred, with on-site night shifts and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as an RN in Minnesota.
• Previous geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, initiative and independent judgment.
• Confidentiality and professional conduct required.
• Computer experience and EMR proficiency

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement resident needs to ensure quality care.
• Provide input and updates on the resident care plan.
• Obtain, administer and monitor medications per policies.
• Communicate with medical staff to ensure prompt, quality care.
