Position Details:

• 12 Hour Shifts: 7 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
• Part-Time and Full-Time Positions Available

Responsibilities

• Implement the nursing process to assess and meet residents' needs, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to provide appropriate interventions.
• Monitor residents' physical and mental status, respond to clinical changes, and handle emergency situations.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, residents, families, and medical practitioners.
• Answer call lights, serve as a role model, and maintain proper documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Provide physical and emotional support to residents and their families with compassion.

Requirements

• RN licensure in Maryland
• Current CPR certification
• Prior experience in Long Term Care preferred
