Select Medical is actively seeking a Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long Term Acute Care unit in the Rock Island/Davenport area. This full-time position offers day/night shifts, a new hourly rate, and a generous $15,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include admissions, ongoing patient assessment, accurate documentation, interpreting labs and telemetry, and providing patient/family education. A comprehensive benefits package and career growth opportunities are provided.

Formación

• Valid State RN license.
• BLS required at hire.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• Clinical experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
• Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
• Document timely and accurately using approved systems.
• Interpret labs and telemetry data as part of assessment.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed correctly.
• Demonstrate competence in rapid response and code events.
• Educate and counsel patients and families.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule: Full-time Day/ Night Shift

New Increased Hourly Rates: $39.38 to $53.00 per hour plus shift differentials for nights and weekends

Sign-on bonus: $15,000
