Ennis Care Center is currently searching for talented RN's and/or LVN’s to join our team!

  • 6AM- 2PM
  • 2PM-10PM
  • 10PM- 6AM

The primary purpose of the LVN/LPN is to ensure the highest quality of resident care available, support staff and establish a positive reputation in the community while delivering on the Eduro HealthCare Values of wellness, compassion, customer experience and company results.

Daily Pay Available

The LPN/LVN is responsible for providing nursing care as directed by the Director of Nursing and for supervising the program aide assigned to assist with nursing services.

  • Taking and monitoring patient vital signs
  • Assisting patients with eating, dressing, and bathing
  • Administering medication
  • Communicating changes in patient behavior or health status to Nurses, Physicians, and family members
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Collecting specimen samples when needed
  • Taking an active part in patient care planning
  • Preparing patients for transfers or discharge
  • Assisting in medical procedures
  • Managing emergency medical situations

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid LVN/LPN license in good standing.
  • Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program required.
  • Completion of orientation required by company policy.
  • Health screening and TB test (if required) within two weeks of employment.
  • Mandatory drug test within 90 days of hire.
  • Must be free of criminal activity proven by a criminal background check.
  • Show within three (3) days of hire satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment.
  • High school Diploma or equivalent.
