Job summary

Hartford HealthCare Medical Group seeks an RN/LPN to deliver skilled nursing care in a clinical setting under provider direction. The role reports to a Practice Manager and supports multiple specialties across the network.

Minimum requirement is a current Connecticut RN/LPN license. Medical/Surgical office experience and familiarity with medical software are preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; Hartford HealthCare offers career growth within CT's largest healthcare network.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate documentation and adherence to protocols and guidelines.

Job Description

Under provider direction, the RN/LPN provides skilled nursing care to patients in a variety of clinical settings. Scope of responsibility is characterized by use of nursing process to assess, plan, intervene and evaluate human responses to actual or potential health problems utilizing appropriate practices, standards, protocols and guidelines. This position reports to a Practice Manager.

Qualifications
