Job summary

Hartford HealthCare is seeking an RN/LPN to join our Medical Group in Bridgeport, CT. Under provider direction, you will deliver skilled nursing care across clinical settings and follow the nursing process to assess, plan, intervene and evaluate patient needs.

This position reports to a Practice Manager and supports multiple specialties. A Connecticut RN/LPN license is required; prior Medical/Surgical office experience and familiarity with medical software are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut RN/LPN License required.
• Previous experience in Medical/Surgical Office setting preferred.
• Experience with medical software.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients under provider direction.

Job Description

Under provider direction, the RN/LPN provides skilled nursing care to patients in a variety of clinical settings. Scope of responsibility is characterized by use of nursing process to assess, plan, intervene and evaluate human responses to actual or potential health problems utilizing appropriate practices, standards, protocols and guidelines. This position reports to a Practice Manager.

Qualifications
