Qualifications

• Must hold valid RN Florida license.
• Must have valid Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR).
• Must have Florida CEUs current.
• Must provide Physical Health Form dated within last 6 months.
• Must provide a current negative TB/Quantiferon test or chest x-ray results.
• Must have Level 2 background clearance.
• Must speak English clearly.
• Must have a good driving record and reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled nursing home visits including wound care, IV administration, medication management, and patient assessments.
• Provide shift-based private duty care and coordinate care plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress; update physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records.
• Uphold infection control standards and agency protocols.

Nurse Responsibilities

• Perform skilled nursing visits: wound care, IV administration, medication management, patient assessments.
• Carry out shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support.
• Monitor and document patient condition and progress. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Uphold infection control standards and agency protocols.

Job Requirements

• MUST HAVE VALID RN FLORIDA LICENSE
• MUST HAVE VALID BASIC LIFE SUPPORT CARD.
• MUST HAVE FLORIDA REQUIRED CEUS.
• MUST HAVE PHYSICAL HEALTH FORM WITHIN THE LAST 6 MONTHS
• MUST HAVE A COPY OF A NEG TB SKIN TEST RESULTS, CHEST X-RAY or QUANTIFERON-TB GOLD BLOOD TEST RESULTS (QFT-PLUS) .
• MUST HAVE LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CLEARANCE TO VERIFY IN ACHA.
• MUST SPEAK ENGLISH CLEARLY.
• MUST HAVE GOOD DRIVING RECORD.
• MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE.
