Job summary

Hireology is seeking dedicated, clinically sound registered nurses to provide skilled home healthcare in Florida on a flexible per diem basis. This role includes intermittent visits, private duty shifts, and care plan coordination.

RNs must hold a Florida license, BLS, CEUs, a recent physical, TB testing or QFT-Plus, and a clean driving record with proof of insurance. Excellent English communication and background clearance are required.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE VALID FLORIDA RN LICENSE.
• MUST HAVE VALID BLS CARD.
• MUST HAVE FLORIDA REQUIRED CEUS.
• MUST HAVE PHYSICAL HEALTH FORM WITHIN THE LAST 6 MONTHS.
• MUST HAVE A COPY OF A NEG TB SKIN TEST RESULTS, CHEST X-RAY or QFT-PLUS.
• MUST HAVE LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CLEARANCE TO VERIFY IN ACHA.
• MUST SPEAK ENGLISH CLEARLY.
• MUST HAVE GOOD DRIVING RECORD.
• MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled nursing visits: wound care, IV administration, medication management, patient assessments.
• Carry out shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support.
• Monitor and document patient condition and progress; collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Uphold infection control standards and agency protocols.
