Your Responsibilities:

• Administer Medications & Treatments – Provide medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Team – Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other professionals to coordinate care.
• Monitor Patient Health – Record and monitor patients’ vital signs and overall health status.
• Provide Education – Educate patients and families about care plans, treatments, and health management.
• Maintain Accurate Records – Document patient care, treatments, and any changes in condition according to facility policies.
• Respond to Medical Emergencies – Handle any medical emergencies promptly and professionally.
