Registered Nursing (RN)/ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
7am-7pm
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team at The Lodge at Mills River. Employment Types for Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):
7am-7pm:Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN
7pm-7am: Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN
Key Responsibilities of Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):
· Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
· Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to physicians as needed
· Develop and implement individualized care plans
· Supervise and support CNAs and other healthcare staff
· Educating patients and families on treatment plans and wellness strategies
· Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
Qualifications & Skills of Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):
· Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
· Experience in a long-term care/skilled nursing setting preferred but not required
· Strong communication and critical thinking skills
· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
