Your Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and regulatory standards

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Observe and document changes in residents’ conditions

• Supervise and guide CNAs during your shift

• Communicate effectively with families, residents, and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications:

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Georgia

• Excellent clinical and critical thinking skills

• A team-first attitude and commitment to resident-centered care

• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required
