You will provide direct resident care on the 3rd shift, administering medications and monitoring conditions to ensure safe, respectful services in line with regulations.

Position Summary

Allure Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team at Allure of Geneseo. Nursing staff provide direct care to residents while ensuring services are delivered safely, respectfully, and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to resident care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the physician or supervising nurse
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care, treatments, and observations
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote positive resident outcomes
• Support resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life
• Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA standards
• Participate in in-services and continuing education
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing.

Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Long-term Care Experience Preferred, But Not Required
