Autumn Lake Healthcare at Homewood is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for multiple shifts across full-time and part-time roles. Join a caring team that supports residents with medications, wound care, and daily nursing needs.

We seek licensed RNs and LPNs with strong communication and teamwork to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a supportive environment. Shifts include day, evening, night, and weekends to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license.
• Nursing experience preferred.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Perform wound care and other nursing treatments as needed.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in resident assessments and care planning.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
