Autumn Lake Healthcare at Long Green is currently hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join a caring team. We offer full-time and part-time positions across Day, Evening, and Night shifts to support our residents in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, medication administration, wound care, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. We value compassionate, resident-centered care and provide resources to help you grow

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license.
• Previous nursing experience preferred.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Perform wound care and other nursing treatments as needed.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in resident assessments and care planning.

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.

• Monday–Friday Positions

• Day Shift: 7AM–3PM

• Evening Shift: 3PM–11PM

• Night Shift: 11PM–7AM
