Job Description

MUSC is seeking Registered Nurses for the Leatherman Behavioral Care Pavilion in Florence, SC. Benefits include state health plans, retirement, up to 6 weeks paid parental leave, PTO, sick leave, free telehealth, onsite pharmacy, and education assistance.

Features of the Leatherman Pavilion

• Rapid access center for walk-in triage and assessment
• Telepsychiatry services
• 16 adult and 4 adolescent crisis beds
• Outpatient behavioral health clinics
• 63-bed inpatient psychiatric unit, transferring 23 beds from McLeod Behavioral Health Center

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process
• Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
• Deliver patient/family-centered care addressing physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and environmental needs
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment
• Participate in shared governance and professional development
• Coordinate effective patient care and improve outcomes

Schedule

36 hours/week; 7p-7a; alternating weekends
