Job summary

Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center is seeking a registered nurse to provide safe, competent nursing care across the patient care continuum. The role emphasizes leadership within the healthcare team and adherence to service excellence standards.

The RN will oversee staff under supervision and apply patient-centered care foundations while contributing to quality outcomes and teamwork in a high-demand hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• One-year acute care experience or successful completion of an approved specialty course within 6 months of hire.
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada. Current BLS Certification. Current ACLS Certification (adult patients), current PALS Certification (pediatric patients) or current NRP Certification (Neonatal patients) as required by department.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversees and guides employees that are under his/her supervision. Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
