Job summary

Responsibilities

Community Health Partnership of Illinois (CHP) is a nonprofit healthcare organization providing primary medical, dental, and behavioral health services to migrant farmworkers and other medically underserved populations throughout Illinois.

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Kankakee healthcare team. This position is ideal for an RN who enjoys patient-centered care, working collaboratively with providers, and making a meaningful difference in the health of the community.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Previous outpatient, primary care, community health, or other clinical experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and patient-service skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to providing respectful, culturally responsive care to patients from diverse backgrounds

Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
