Job summary

Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago, IL, is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse for Interventional Radiology. The role involves 20 hours weekly in the IR suite, with 10-hour shifts and rotating on-call coverage weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Where You Will Work

As a Nurse in the Special Procedures Interventional Radiology Suites, you will be responsible for both inpatient and outpatient care to patients requiring invasive procedures from preop to post op in a team environment.

We’re Looking For

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of Illinois
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association and ACLS
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferably in Critical Care, ED, PACU
• Ability to take call

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuity.
