Job summary

ECU Health is seeking an outpatient Staff Nurse in Greenville, NC. The role provides clinical care and supervises department partnerships to improve patient outcomes. Must understand growth/development and assess patient data to identify needs by age and condition.

Position is full-time (40 hours/week), Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm with no nights, weekends, or holidays. BLS and NC RN license required; proficient in basic computer skills and strong communication.

Position Summary

• The Staff Nurse demonstrates the knowledge and skill necessary to provide clinical care and supervise department partnerships to achieve positive patient outcomes.
• The Staff Nurse demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life-span, and possesses the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status, and interpret the appropriate information required to identify needs of the patient relative to his/her age and condition.

Minimum Requirements

• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Current license as a RN in the state of North Carolina.
• Demonstrates competencies in nursing practice.
• Basic computer skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  

Pay Range

• Staff Nurse (outpatient) hourly range > $30.00 - $43.73
• Final compensation is determined at the offer stage.

• Location/Department: ECU Health Internal Medicine Clinic (outpatient) - Greenville, NC
• This position is full-time (40hrs/week) - Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
