Aurora Sinai Medical Center is seeking an Internal Float Pool RN to float across Med/Surg-Ortho, ACE/Stroke, Cardiac Telemetry, and ED boarding. The role emphasizes flexible coverage, strong clinical judgment, and commitment to high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Includes $4/hr unit differential and weekend differential of $4/hr, plus tuition assistance and education reimbursement as part of the internal pool program. Must be an RN with a valid license and BLS certification.
Internal Pool RNs float to three units at Aurora Sinai. These units include: Med surg/ortho, ACE/Stroke, Cardiac Medical Telemetry and ED boarding

The Internal Float Pool RN at Aurora Sinai Medical Center provides flexible, high-quality patient care across multiple inpatient units, supporting staffing needs and ensuring continuity of care. This role requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to quickly integrate into different care teams and patient populations.
Float Pool RNs support a diverse range of units, including Med/Surg-Ortho, ACE/Stroke, Cardiac Medical Telemetry, and Emergency Department (ED) boarding, delivering patient-centered care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
