Hours/Shift:
Full-time, night shift 7p - 7a

Department/Position Overview:
The 3East - Intermediate Care Unit atSentaraVirginiaBeachGeneralenjoys a supportive team environment and nurse patient ratio including a unit based nurse educator, team coordinator and manager. The unit has an active Partnership council and is currently involved with the hospital Magnet redesignation journey. All new grad RNs receive a 10 to 12-week clinical preceptorship as well as enrollment in the Transition to Practice Program. If you are seeking a fast paced, team based care environment- 3East is the place for you! The patient population on this unit may include: sepsis, hemorrhage, stroke, cardiac, trauma, post op, substance withdrawal, diabetic ketoacidosis.
