**Work location:** Texas Health Azle: 108 Denver Trail Azle, TX 76020
**Work hours:** Full-time, Night shift, 36 hours weekly, 3-12 hours shifts, 7:00 pm – 7:00 am

Texas Health Azle is a 36-bed, community-based hospital serving the tri-county area since the 1950s. We provide exceptional care to the suburban areas of Azle, Lake Worth, Springtown and surrounding areas.
We’re accredited through The Joint Commission for disease specific care of Chest Pain patients and we are accredited through the Texas Department of Health & Human Services as a Level IV Support Stroke facility, a Level IV Trauma Center and a Pathways to Excellence-designated hospital. We specialize in outpatient surgery, rehabilitative physical and hand therapy, and advanced imaging like mammography and CT scanning. **Education**
Nursing Diploma Nursing Req Or
Associate's Degree Nursing Req Or
Bachelor's Degree Nursing Pref
Other - CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency Req
**Experience**
1 Year Experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program Req
**Licenses and Certifications**
RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Req And
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req And
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days Req And
CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 Days Req
