Calvary Healing Center, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Intake for PRN (as needed) coverage in Phoenix, AZ. This role focuses on intake assessment and coordinating care within our addiction treatment programs, including detoxification, PHP, IOP, and residential services.

Competenze

• Arizona RN license (unencumbered) required.
• BLS and First Aid certifications required.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card required.

• Preferred one year of experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting.

Qualifications

RN Intake Job Requirements:

• Current license to practice nursing in Arizona (unencumbered).
• Current BLS and First Aid Certification.
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Completion of Verbal De-Escalation Training, within 30 days of employment
• Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting
