What You’ll Do

As a vital part of our multidisciplinary team, you will: Deliver hands-on bedside care to patients with complex surgical needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote health and well-being. Provide education and support to patients and families, helping them regain wellness. Recognize emergency situations and mobilize rapid response resources. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously enhance patient care.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking passionate and highly skilled nurses who thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to make a lasting impact.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

  • Current RN licensure in Connecticut.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in acute care, medical-surgical, or general surgery nursing preferred.
