Responsibilities

The Inpatient Specialty Respiratory RN will:

1. Provide exceptional care to patients with complex respiratory conditions including COPD, Tracheostomies, and Med Surg overflow.
2. Accurately assess patient data, interpret critical information, and determine age-specific care requirements to support optimal recovery outcomes.
3. Develop, modify, and implement patient care plans in accordance with HHS standards, ensuring that each plan is evidence-based and patient-centered.
4. Uphold the highest standards of nursing practice by adhering to the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
