Aspen Valley Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Inpatient Services on a full-time basis in Aspen, CO. The role covers Night 12-hour shifts within the Patient Care Unit as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements include ADN, CO RN license, ACLS, PEARS, and BLS (PEARS/BLS may be obtained on hire). Preference for BSN/MSN, EPIC experience, and Spanish bilingual skills.

Description: We are currently hiring for a full time Registered Nurse (RN) within the Inpatient Services department here at Aspen Valley Health.

Work Shift: Nights - 12 Hour

Compensation Range: $39.26 - $62.82. Night and weekend shift differentials up to $10 per hour! Eligible new hires may qualify for a sign on bonus up to $10,000.

The compensation range listed is an estimate. Final compensation will be determined based on your qualifications including years of experience performing similar work, level of formal education in a relevant field of study, and any professional certifications related to the position.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Associate degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition, and Stabilization (PEARS). May be obtained upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS). May be obtained upon hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• At least 1 year of experience as an RN.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's (BSN) or Master's (MSN) in Nursing preferred.
• MEDSURG-BC and/or PED-BC preferred.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
• Experience with EPIC preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
