Job summary

Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago, IL is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for inpatient renal dialysis. The role involves 24 hours per week across 2 twelve-hour shifts with flexible start times (7am, 8am, or 10am) and on-call rotations.

Pay range is $38.20-$57.30 per hour. You'll join a multidisciplinary team delivering comprehensive patient care using evidence-based practices and nursing process, while focusing on safety, quality, and patient experience in a high-acuity

Qualifications

• Completion of accredited nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state.
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• 6 months of dialysis RN experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with standards, policies and procedures.
• Lead with evidence-based practice, clinical decision making and compassionate communication to ensure patient safety and positive experience.

We’re Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• 6 Months of previous Dialysis RN experience strongly preferred

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
