About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Inpatient Rehab Unit, you will provide specialized care to patients requiring intensive physical, occupational, and speech therapy following injury, surgery, or illness. Your role will focus on maximizing patient recovery, restoring functional abilities, and facilitating smooth transitions back to the community or lower levels of care.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to rehabilitation patients.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Utilize advanced technology and evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Current Tennessee or Multi-State RN licensure.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or RN Diploma.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC (current upon hire).
