Job Overview

The Inpatient Rehab Registered Nurse (RN) position involves delivering exceptional nursing care by assessing patient status, implementing clinical interventions, developing care plans, and ensuring a safe environment.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
2. Assess patient condition, collect vital signs, administer IV medications, and chart accurately.
3. Evaluate and update care plans to meet expected outcomes.
4. Administer medications safely per policies.
5. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate or Bachelor of Nursing program.
• Current state RN licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association.
• 1 year of clinical experience in an acute care, long-term care, or physician practice setting (preferred but not required).
• Experience in an acute rehabilitation facility (preferred but not required).
• EPIC Electronic Health Record training (preferred but not required).
