Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Inpatient Rehab unit in Jerome, PA. This PRN/Hourly position involves 12-hour shifts with flexible self-scheduling.

Department/Unit Summary

Our Crichton Center is a 27-bed physical rehabilitation unit providing acute care services, managing patients' medical conditions, and offering therapy and education to help patients return to their prior level of function and home. The most common diagnosis is stroke, with an average length of stay of 14 days. We are expanding to 37 beds as the unit grows.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants must hold a current state RN license and an associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
• CPR certification renewal every 2 years
• Preferred 1-3 years of experience in medical/surgical or rehab settings
• IV proficiency preferred
