The Infusion Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing home health clinical services in the patient's own home. They are responsible for ensuring quality and adequacy of services provided, supervising staff where required, and ensuring care is delivered appropriately according to standards of quality.

Responsibilities

1. Perform care as defined by the client's individual Plan of Care and within the scope of the state's nurse practice act
2. Monitor patient's condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes
3. Provide services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skills
4. Maintain clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws
5. Counsel clients and families to meet nursing and related needs

Requirements

• Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state where care is provided
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Graduated from a National League of Nursing accredited program
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Clean background and criminal record
• Understanding of regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations
• Adherence to HIPAA and maintenance of client confidentiality
• Experience with peripheral IV starts/maintenance, IV infusion therapy, phlebotomy, CVAD experience & knowledge preferred
